Minecraft Java problem

I update my java 6 to java 8 but my minecraft still think I have Java 6. At the place of the randoms texts, I just have "UPDATE JAVA"
I also tried to re-install java a lot of time but still doesn't work...
Its very annoying because I can't add some mods.

Please help me!

I don't have a precise answer for you, but I recall minecraft doing that to me too. I think I had to manually remove the Java 6 stuff so there was only the newer stuff on my drive. I think the old version isn't removed. Worst case, I would just uninstall Java and reinstall the latest version.
