New pc build won't turn on

So I finished my pc build a couple of days ago and tried to turn it on it did but there wasn't any display so I tunes it off to deal with it the next day now it won't turn on at all please help me

H97 anniversary motherboard
Rose will 650 power supply
1 Tb hard drive
R390 graphics card
I5 Intel I forgot which one I'll try to find box

Did you connect the monitor to the card you installed not into the onboard video ports??

If you did it wont display anything

Also recheck that all your CPU and power headers are connected properly.

Well I tried both from the gpu and motherboard but my new problem is that my pc won't turn on now :/

Remove the GPU if you didnt then try the onboard

Did you put a speaker on the mobo?

Do you have both CPU headers connected to the motherboard? Did you verify that the power supply isn't accidentally turned off?

The power supply is on and yes the cpu header are connected and cpu is i5 4460

What about the ATX12v connector?? Did you connect it

Yes the 24 pin and atx are plugged in all the way

Just to make sure since you're saying header singular; there is a 24 pin cpu connector and then an 8 pin cpu connector. Both should be plugged into the motherboard. Also check your wires to make sure nothing is causing a short. Could try flipping your + and - headers for the power and reset headers on the motherboard as well.
