Well if you want to make it hard on yourself and get like a 16gb usb, you can transfer the game files and saves into it. Then reinstall windows and it will reset it. You can download, upgrade to windows 10, and it lets you reset your HD. Or get a USB and download windows 7 into it, restart your PC, get into the bios, and boot from there.

You have a whole bunch of ways to do it and as DSzymborksi said, it doesn't sound like you own a copy. If you owned one on steam it would probably save it in cloud and sync it.

Used system.
OS of unknown origin
Applications and games of unknown origin and admitted "not yours"

1. You can't do a whole 'reset' and keep that stuff which you did not purchase
2. For any used PC, you really, really need to do a full wipe and reinstall. For your protection as well as theirs.

Oh, and watch the language, please. Thanks.
