ok i'm not going to get into the whole story, if you want to see my whole spiritual journey throughout my computer that is over on this thread:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3162188/cpu-heating-issue.html
when i still thought that it was a cpu problem but now i know that it is a motherboard problem

so long story short through trial and error i found out that one of my motherboard sensors are busted (reading temps from idle 60 to 80<) for my motherboard

this wouldn't be an issue if it did not make my computer shut off everytime it surpassed 80C so i just need to know what i should do in this situation

Solution
Hi,

There is 2 options,
1- Take the MB to electrician or computer store that can change it an ask to replace the sensor.
2- Replace the MB which is more preferable.
