ok so i have a westinghouse 26 inch led tv as well as a jvc vcr hooked up to the tv via coaxial cable. for thoes who ask i have an uncle i care for who lives with me and likes to watch vhs tapes hence why i have a vcr. any how the tv dims and brightens on its own when a vhs tape is playing also i have no dvd player connected so i know its not a copy thing any ideas on how to solve this so my uncle can watch his vhs
