Hi, I been using my TOSHIBA CANVIO PLUS 2.5(6.4cm) one terabyte portable hard drive for almost a year now and I recently formatted my laptop now having problems copying files from the hard drive to my laptop and from my laptop the hard drive, and just to be sure I've tried the drive on other laptops too the same problem. Whenever I try to copy file from it and to it, it starts copying as it should then the transfer speed drops to 0kb/s,13kb/s or 83kb/s depending on the file size and it stays like that for fever, try canceling it but it takes forever too. Then I thought to myself "could it be a virus on the drive? and if it really is a virus problem, WHO PUT IT THERE?! WHO HAVE I OFFENDED? ARE MY FRIENDS TRYING TO PRANK ME? or was it my one of my Ex's? then I was like ''hold up, first of all you ain't got no friends, you ain't got no Ex's, let's just be real *Dej Loaf voice* that's why your lonely ass got a 1 terabyte drive in the first place to store your loneliness and GOD"s speed it's almost full!....so I scanned the drive with Norton antivirus mind you this where things fall apart word to Chinua Achebe, there was A VIRUS! ONE VIRUS! immediately removed that pebble like a boss huh! *Rick Ross voice* but to my surprise! the problem still persisted, searched online for solutions was told it could be a USB virus, so I replaced the USB with the same type USB 3.0, the problem still persists, I've tried contacting Toshiba but apparently they didn't think their costumers in THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA would need a customer care service or something, so I'm out of options here please it's not just my loneliness I've stored on it and even though I won't to loose that too, so please help a brother out
