Best Graphic card under $240?

1080p gaming with monitor with 60hz refresh rate

Targeted Games: BF4, assassin creed games, COD3, Witcher3,

So far im looking at:
Sapphire Nitro+ RX 470
RX 480 (hopefully it gets cheaper :/ )
GTX 1060 (leaning more towards the rx series tho)

i am planning to crossfire a year from now if i need a boost (i dont just want to buy another card and throw the other one out you know?)

You can't SLI with a 1060, plus those will get weaker over time compared to the 480 since the 1060 doesnt support many dx12 features. This is already evident in several games where the 480 regains any deficit with the 1060 and usually beats it performance wise. Having said that, the Nitro 470 is only about 10% lower than the 480 performance wise and is the best bang for your buck by far of any card out there at the moment. If you can find the 480 at your price, get it, if not get the nitro 470.
