Is there a rom for a Samsung galaxy s4 m919 for stock Android 6.0 like on the Nexus 6p if you know of any please let me know thanks

Not to be rude, but if you can't find the ROM, you probably can't use it. Go to XDA's pages for that phone, and if such a thing exists, there will be links to ROMs there for you.

Absolutely stock (from Samsung) doesn't exist - the S4 only ever made it to version 4.4.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich)

If you want 6.0, you NEED to go with a custom firmware, like Cyanogenmod or Paranoid Android.
