My PC configuration :
CPU : Pentium G630 2.7 ghz
Motherboard : Intel DH61WW
RAM : 6 GB DDR3 1600mhz ( 4+2).

Can you? Probably, just make sure the bios is up to date.

Should you? Probably not, that chip is slow as hell and won't give you stable framerates in modern games

For your system the only card that would make any sense at all is the 750Ti, and even that might be held back (and lower priced cards are so much worse they would definitely bottleneck your system)

As for bios update, it will be clearly written in the motherboard manual (online at the manufacturer's website if you threw it away)

Can you play csgo(find a better shooter) without a card? Sure, it's a 10 year old game. Will you have fun with everything at minimum and framerates fairly low? probably not.

Can you play modern games not made last decade? Not a chance.
