My current system which i wont be upgrading soon;

1 - FX 4300
2 - Gigabyte ga-78LMT MOBO
3 - Corsair VS 450
4 - 1 TB HDD
5 - 8 GB Kingston HyperX 1866 Mhz (1 stick)
6 - LG Monitor (MAX 1600 x 900 Resolution)

As you can see this is kind of a ancient system... which i don't use much. Now i am thinking to play some games on this. I want to play games like, AC Blackflag, Unity, Syndicate, Witcher 2 and 3, Crysis 2-3, DOTA 2, Farcry 3-4-Primal etc on weekends.

Which graphics card i should get so that nothing will get bottleneck?

NOTE: I really don't care about eye candy as long as it can play games above 30 FPS. Also i am n a tight budget. Lower the price, the better...

Options i can think of,
1 - GT 730
2 - GT 740
3 - R7 250x
4 - R7 360
5 - GTX 750Ti (This one's cost keeps increasing in my locality for reasons unknown)

Any suggestions?

Solution
Zotac has the cheapest variant 750Ti since day 1. Find it at your local if you can. Expect slight premium from another vendor than Zotac.

Another route is the R7 360. Exactly the same level performer as 750Ti, but requires 6pin power to operates.

RX460 is quite interesting as well. Too bad it got inflated way more than its actual MSRP right now. And I expect this happens everywhere still.

I would say that with your setup the 750 ti might even get bottlenecked, If you can tell me that if your going to upgrade your 900p monitor to a 1080p? as for the more demanding games like witcher 3 which is quite dependent on the cpu i dount that game will run even at 720p for you on low settings as for that game is one of the most demanding game to date. and for other games like AC and farcry, you can maybe run it op 30 frames on med on 30 frames at 720p but with your specs i doubt you will get more than that. btw that powersupply might be a bomb in your system. id be careful around that vs 450

Most of the 750ti costs the same. Zotac was cheaper but for some reasons its price now increased by 15-20% here.
and r7 360 is little bit cheaper than 750ti.
I wanted the RX460 too but at my place, it costs like 50% more than gtx 750ti.... :(

I wont be be changing anything in there. No funds currently. I have plans to assemble a new PC after ZEN comes out but that wont be happening anytime soon...maybe in 1 year or so. Tryin to buy a GPU. You said fx 4300 cant handle witcher... but i see in youtube ppl running witcher 3 on low- med at 2x-4x FPS on FX 4300.
