i want to upgrade my pc under strict budget of rs20000. i already have a gtx 970. suggest best combination which will not bottleneck the gpu. i just do casual gaming on my pc

yes, i was talking in indian rupees. i play at 1600x900 resolution. would the i3 still be a bottleneck at this resolution. the cheapest i5 6500 cost rs 15,500 here and adding motherboard and ram would make it close to 25,000
