Hello, I've tried reading my motherboard's manual (MSI P6N SLI Platinum MS-7350) and tried googling for my answer with no luck. I just replaced my old geforce 9800 graphics card with a geforce 750ti because I thought my old graphics card was bad. My screen keeps randomly going black with a "no dvi signal" message. I've done a fresh install of windows 10, I reinstalled drivers, I swapped monitors, and now I've changed graphics cards. I'm beginning to think that my pci e slot is bad. So I installed the card in the 2nd slot but it won't send any signal to the monitor. I tried to find the options to change the 2nd slot to primary in bios but can't. The manual doesn't mention anything about it. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance for any answers.

The first problem you introduced is moving to Windows 10. The drivers support page for your board shows you're capable of going to a maximum of Microsoft's Windows 7 OS.
Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
Can you revert to your older OS to see if anything changes?
I would ask you to drop in your old hardware in the system and try #3.
You can't set your second slot as a primary device. It's lower in the order and will be recognized as such which means it'll be running at x8 speeds and not x16.
