DDR4 mixing ram in Aura B150

Hi, I use Asus B150 Pro Gaming/Aura mobo with 4 ram slots and my RAM is 2x HyperX Fury 4GB Single DDR4 2133MHz that makes my RAM 8GB total.

Can I add 1x 8GB Single DDR4 2133MHz same brand to make my RAM total to 16GB?

Don't do that, it's a horrible idea. Even if flex mode is supported you'll actually see performance drops. Spend the extra $1 for the 2x4 or just go with 2x8 and add that to your existing 2x4 for 24GB total

No such thing. If you mean single stick vs dual channel kit vs quad channel kit, that's just because that's how they are sold. Sometimes a single stick breaks and you want to replace it, why would you want to buy two when you need only one? Basically like that. For dual/quad channel kits, it's for compatibility reasons, buying two of the same one with same specs minimizes issues down the road
