Reinstalling windows after Motherboard change

You wouldn't have to reinstall windows, as all you have to do is plug in your HDD/SSD (Unsure on what you have) into the SATA 3 Port and you'll be good to go, windows will automatically detect the hardware changes, so that isn't an issue.

Either one of them motherboards will do, but you should check the form factor of your case, as one motherboard is Micro-ATX and one is ATX. Both motherboards will do, but they have their differences. The E45 having more USB 3.0 Ports and teh G43 having Gigabit LAN, each has benefits and drawbacks.

Thanks for your help and I am relieved that I dont have to reinstall windows. I have a Samsung 750 Evo ssd by the way.
