My idle temperatures of my processor is currently around 28 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius under load gaming, I've seen it climb to about 49 degrees Celsius maximum so I'm curious to know if these are really safe temperatures for my CPU because at the time of building the system my idle temperatures used to be about 24 degrees Celsius so I'm not sure why it's suddenly a few degrees higher than it initially, while doing some light browsing it's at about 36 degrees Celsius and also my GPU idles at 34 degrees Celsius and at load about 72 degrees Celsius
My specs are as follows : Core i7- 5820K Overclocked to 4.0 GHz at 1.11 V
Corsair H100i GTX CPU cooler
Corsair LPX 16 GB DDR4 2666 RAM
Corsair RM 850i
Corsair 540 Air Series case with 3 fans ( 2 in front and 1 in back )
Asus x99 Sabertooth Motherboard
EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0
Samsung 850 EVO 256 GB SSD
Seagate 500 GB HDD
After noticing the random temperature increases I applied new thermal pace ( Arctic Silver 5 ) and the temperature under load went down by about 2 or 3 degrees Celsius on the CPU and by like 8 on the GPU but it's not quite where it was before.
Anyone can possibly know why this can happen and is my components at safe temperatures regardless? Also the pump for my AIO cooler randomly started making more noise than it usually does , is that something usual or should it be worrying? And if there is anything I can do or check to make sure it's running as optimal as it should be please feels free to inform me
I also monitor my system temperatures with Asus suite 3 and NZXT CAM.
