I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit to my Lenovo x100e (amd athlon neo processor mv-40 1.6ghz, 3gb ram). When I open a web browser the cpu usage ist starting to raise...when I play a video on youtube it goes to 100%. Does anyone had this problem? (Sorry for my bad english)
When I open my browser(Mozzila or Chrome) my cpu usage goes high...especially when i'm on youtube (100% usage)

Your processor is weak enough that running Youtube is about all it can do. That's why it goes to 100%.
