32gb ram installed later 28 usable

i have 32gb ram installed it be ok for awhile but after awhile it would say that 28gb is usable
i would later reboot the pc and find that 32gb is there again only for it to go back to 28gb whats going on? pc specs is listed down below idk what the probelm is its either a bad stick or the mobo

motherboard: asus sabertooth X79 LGA 2011 SATA 6Gb/s

ram memory: corsair dominator platinum 32gb 1600 MHs

SSD: Crucial MX200 500GB

harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 rpm

video card: 2X EVGA GTX980 FTW ACX 2.0 4GB 2 way SLI

CPU proccessor: Intel i7-4930K LGA 2011 3.40GHz 12MB 6 cores/12 threads

power supply: 1300W EVGA supernova G2 80 gold+

cpu cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer i11 74.0 CFM CPU Cooler

case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker (White) ATX Full Tower Case

I take it that you have all 8 DIMM slots populated? It means that one DIMM failed the training routine at boot-up. Sometimes the IMC needs a little extra encouragement with that many modules installed. I would try increasing the VCCSA to 1.2V first. If that doesn't work, bump the DDR3 voltage up to 1.60V. You might need to play around with it - 1.2V on the system agent usually solves this problem, but occasionally lower voltages of 1.05-1.15 are actually more stable.

Click on computer and then system properties and see if it's showing 32GB (28GB usable)

yeah thanks i bumped the voltage a bit and everything looks good as of right now i keep checking up on it and making sure that 32gb is there and it looks good
