Quick question regarding AD logs:

Whenever a user calls me for remote support, I use that pc in the discription to remote in to their machine and help them. Problem is, sometimes they've logged in to a server or other system after logging in to their local machine. This apparently only stores the last login. Where can I find a full list of everything that user has logged in to?

Seems like an easy question but after googling it, suggestions range from powershell to each individual pc for the logs, seems like a bad solution to me. There should be a general domain log that shows all logins, no?

I said "calls me" I meant contacts me. Most of our troubles are via email so it would be a big help not to have to wait on them to look it up. And also what about the times where their manager requests access added or removed from them and I don't have direct contact with that exact user at all? There should be a profile log, every machine that profile has logged in on the domain. Is there not? Where can I find it?
