Small AMD Cooler Help

Can someone please recommend a good small cpu cooler for the AMD Phenom II 940 running at stock.
The temps are in the mid 80's at full load with the stock cooler so i replaced it with a Spire StarCore.
Even with that cooler temps are still in the low 70's when at load.

It's only a small mid tower case so something like an evo is out of the question.
The air flow in the case seems ok m/b temps are mid 30's and hd temps are 28ish

Small coolers can't cool as well as big coolers, because they rely on surface area to dissipate heat. Could you fit something like a Coolermaster Hyper TX3?

For what it's worth, I have a Hyper212 in a tiny ITX case. It might actually fit. The Cryorig H7 is also a bit shorter and cools better still, and is potentially another option.

I've measured the case i reckon i have about 13cm to play with, so the TX3 will be very close to the case or slightly too big.
The Cryorig on the other hand is 10cm in height according to amazon, so it should be perfect.
