Windows 10 installed, had issues that were dealt with by MS Tech support, and is now working. As MS rebuilt system they took off a lot of non MS software. I now have a 500GB WD drive that appears in Windows Disk Mgt in three sections: (system reserved 100MB NTFS --healthy, active) (465.22 NTFS Healthy(boot, etc) and(453 MB unallocated but seems erroneous).

The system reserved shows in file explorer as drive P: shows 64 MB free of 99 MB but there are no files at all, even hidden.

I think I would like to get rid of the two areas if I can so I am looking for an approach.

Thanks!

Solution
First of all you do understand that in the scheme of things you're dealing with a trivial volume of data in terms of partitions totaling some 553 MB (approx. 1/2 GB), yes?

In any event you do NOT want to delete the System Reserved partition since there are files in that partition containing data necessary for the OS to boot. Actually the OS will ordinarily not allow you delete that partition even if you desired to do so (although there are ways to get around that situation).

You can use the Extend command of Disk Management to extend the C: partition to encompass the unallocated disk-space of 453 MB assuming that unallocated disk-space is immediately situated (adjacent) to the right of the C: partition.
