So i recently replaced a PSU. and when i turn it on everything perfect. led light on, boot to window no problem.

however theres a ZAP kinda noise came out (idk from where ) whenever i press the power button....

any help?

PC spec:
MSI X99A RAIDER ATX
INTEL I7-5820K 3.3 GHZ
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 970 4GB GDDR5
16 GB OF RAM
PSU: Corsair RM750i

Solution
Or at least dis-connect everything from the PSU, then turn the PSU on and see if you're still hearing the ZAP noise.
If you hear it with nothing plugged in, you probably found your problem.

If you don't hear any ZAPPING noise, start plugging one thing in at a time into the PSU, turn it on and listen. If no ZAP sound is heard, continue plugging one more thing into the PSU.......

So the noise is coming from the psu .. it is faulty? But I just finished a game on payday2... nothing wrong with other components

Contact the PSU manufacturer and see if they'll RMA it.

I'd find it hard to believe that a noise like that, coming from the brand new PSU, is OK to continue to use.
Or return it, get your money back, and purchase another well known name brand and highly rated PSU.

can it be a relay sound from the psu itself? I went on multiple forum and they have similar problem. "everything is running fine and just a electrical sound for less than 1 sec. "

As long as you feel comfortable using it and feel it is safe, then keep it.

If it was me, I'd be getting a different PSU.
I have an old Dell desktop, 10 years old that started with Windows XP Pro on it, it still has the same PSU with no sound at all upon pressing the power button.

I have a 1 year old PC that I built myself and installed an EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply, when I press the power button on that, it too is as quite as a mouse upon starting up.......

EDIT: And according to a link in Tom's Hardware Web site, they say it's a pretty good unit....
