I recently got a RX 470 Video card and ever since then I've been having some trouble with my PC. The first is that when my PC is turned off and I go to boot it back up it won't boot, the power comes on but no video, somethings not playing well together. I hold the power button down and then reboot again and it works perfectly fine.. until problem 2 starts. I have three Drives.. a SSD drive for booting and two HDD's for storage and such.. One of them I have listed as A: Drive and it randomly will just stop working.. nothing will read from it.. like its not plugged in. Only a reboot will fix it.. I'm not sure what's going on here. Never had these troubles til after I got the RX 470. Could it a power shortage? I'm only using 500W EVGA PS.

RIght now.. as I write this.. both my HDD's are not even showing in Windows Explorer
