i cant run newly "old" games on 60 fps and 1080 with a strong pc?

well new games that came out last years i understand btu come on.

i have:
-intel core i7 5500 cpu 2.40Ghz
-RAM 16GB
-64 bit
-nvidia gtx850M
-and unfortunatly, windows 10, and i am working on downgrading it to just need an external hard disk

i fother information is needed i will provide but as you see i am a newbie.

1) If your manufacturer has Win 10 drivers for your model on their website, keep Win 10. You'll thank yourself later
2)Black Flag is now fairly old, 1080p at absolute lowest settings might work well
3) You cannot upgrade, only replace. I think that's probably a bit too expensive ;)

1) Don't "downgrade", it's a stupid idea. If you have Win 10 drivers for the laptop from the manufactures then it'll run fast and stable
2) Your computer isn't really all that fast, it's a laptop with a fairly low end GPU from 2013. At 720p and low settings you might hit 60fps in some games, but don't count on buttery smooth 1080p gaming in GTA V even on lowest settings

i had 8.1 then updated so i didnt understadn your "1)" much

and for gta V i am aware that that game is out of my league. i just wanted a good quality for at least Assassin's creed black flag. even at 720 its not maxed if i am lucky at 40 and i am exagerating.

and while i am at it can soemthing be done to like upgrade it or soemthing. i loocked online real fast now and i thought about overclocking it but still having second thoughts about this.

by upgrade i mean buy some stuff for it not that expensive.

welp i am stuck i guess. <removed by mod> i had had th emoney and i got ripped off. he said it was op but i had no knowledge when i bought it. i feel extremly dumb.
