My friend is looking to build a PC that can play wow on high-ultra, he needs to buy windows again probably so he has more like £350 to spend. Are there any prebuilt machines that could handle wow for that kind of price? I don't want to have to build it for him but I will probably end up having to do so.

Solution
WoW heavily favors Nvidia graphics, so I would recommend a GTX 950, over the RX 460. This is a bit over the 450, but I cannot really recommend anything less. Maybe try to find a good deal, on a used GTX 760.

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100T 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor (£91.10 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£48.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (£26.78 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£18.20 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card...
For 350, theres no way with an OS. Also, any prebuild you get for this kind of cash will have very poor components and will in no way be optimal in price/perf.
