I'm working on buying parts for a new PC build using PCPartPicker.com. The website is saying "the motherboard M.2 slot #0 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated two SATA 6.0gb/s are disabled".

Is this an issue I should be worried about and if so, what motherboard should I choose instead? Below is the link to the parts list. Not included on the list is my 750w power supply, 1tb WD hard drive and Nvidia GTX 660ti.

You need to do some research on m.2 drives unless your doing a lot of file transfers or using it as a scratch drive their 100% not worth the money. It's going to give you about a 0.5 second faster boot time and the programs respond the same as a regular SSD is already so fast. Double the price or more than a regular SATA SSD.
For a lower price and double the space. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OAJ412U/?tag=pcpapi-20
I would also pass on the CPU cooler it uses the cheap push pins mounting and get a better cooler.
