I don't know what the port is called but mine are full. There is two of them one is plugged into the hdd other one is to the ssd. I have an MSI Z170-A M5 mobo what should i do

EDITED:

Are you running MBT or GPT for partition table?
(If you have already been windows 10 then you should be GPT, but if you started as Win 7 or earlier then you likely are MBR).

You can also put in Windows CD/USB and boot from it to see if it recognizes your drive.

I am assuming you know for a fact that windows was originally working on your SSD drive (and your disk size matched that of your SSD).

I started as win 10 just 2 days ago. My ssd size is matching on the bios. When i try to boot from the usb (win 10 pro) it wants me to choose between 64 bit and 32 bit and when i select the 64 bit windows logo appears then it goes away and the endless blackscreen comes.

EDIT: Disk size used to match too

I resetted the bios now but still the same result " a disk read error occured ". I didn't understood what you ment about recognizeing. It recognizes both the ssd and the hdd on the bios.

The wierd thing is when i just plug my ssd to sata one its saying insert proper boot device but when i connect the hdd to the sata two at the same time it says a disk read error occured

Do you have another computer.

I am interested to see what happens when you plug yoru SSD into another computer and attempt to read it as a secondary drive.

Your HDD is likely hosed from all that vibration so it is having errors reading it.
Not sure if at this point if your SSD drive is bad, or your motherboard.
