Getting a AMD FX 8350 Cpu and looking to get a cooler better than the ones AMD does. Im looking at the Cooler Master hyper 212 evo and Noctua NH-U14S. I'm still open to suggestions and i'm also wondering if with these fans will it interfere with my ram or anything on my Asrock 970 extreme 4 mobo?

A downdraft style cooler (like the stock one) is preferable, and do not try to overclock that CPU on that motherboard. It has a weak 4+1 phase VRM that at least if you use the stock style cooler will get some cool air blown across it. If you use a tower cooler like you want you may run into performance issues.

If you want a cooler that sounds and performs better the Cryorig C7 may be your best bet. However you still can't overclock with it.

Thanks for letting me know about the overclocking issue, but i'm not even gonna overclock my cpu :p would those other coolers be okay then or still no, go for a downdraft one?

I would still go for a downdraft style cooler.

We have had many users with 125w FX CPUs (such as the FX -8350) have problems on 4+1 phase motherboards like what you have even without overclocking. Because tower coolers offer no VRM cooling.

Hmmm. I might just get a new motherboard because I not only feel like I need an upgrade but I feel like it would be better in the long run. Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX possibly?

You won't get any better performance, and if you are not overclocking this is simply a waste of money. Get a downdraft style cooler and you're set.
