Are all the part compatible with each other and will everything work for my upgrade?

My old pc:
Althon 860k
gtx 750ti
8gb ram
f2a68hm-hd2
500w un-branded psu
cpu cooler:Alpine 64 Pro Rev.2

My upgrade list:
i5 4460
gtx 750ti
8gb ram
asrock mod 1150 h97m
Alpine 64 Pro Rev.2
corsair 450w psu

PS: should i keep my cpu cooler or get another one?(dont want to overclock)

If you are buying the i5 4460 new, the stock Intel cooler it comes with is better than that Alpine you have. Just use that.

As far as I can tell, the Arctic Alpine 64 Pro Rev. 2 isn't compatible with Intel cpus anyway (since it has a clip mount only).

It would be a little better in some games but you'd have to buy DDR4 RAM (and obviously pick a different motherboard).

If you're sticking with this build then get the SSD, the ram will make minimal difference.
