So... I've got a 980ti and according to Speccy (the program I use to see the temperature of my computer) it runs at about 60 degrees C when not running anything. I kinda felt that this was kinda hot but didn't know for sure... so if it is too hot is there anyway to cool it down without having to pay for new cooling?? Thanks!

That temp (75°C) is fine. Most GPU's run fine into the high 80's low 90's. I wouldn't want mine to run into the 80's or low 90's personally, but they are designed to handle it. If you are concerned, you can use something like MSI Afterburner to set up a custom fan profile which is a bit more aggressive.

Also while Speccy may be reading correctly, I would use something more tailored to the task, such as the aforementioned MSI Afterburner. Also 60°C idle seems a little high. When was the last time you have the heatsink a thorough cleaning?

I just ran Rust on the best graphical settings and it's temp was at much 75C... and the airflow in my case is fine considering my CPU runs at around 35C
