Ok so had my computer break, motherboard pcie slots and the video card are finished. Cpu still works but I can't find a motherboard for it anymore. I would like to stay under 700$ CAN. I use this PC mostly just to game. Dota 2, Starcraft 2, Guild Wars 2, Path of Exile, Overwatch are a few of the games I go through.

This is the rest of my pc right now;
Corsair Vengeance - 1600 Mhz 4x4096MB
Windows 10
Coolmax ZP-1000B Power Supply - 1000-Watt
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
Toshiba 3TB Internal Hard Disk Drive

This is what I'm replacing, anything I played ran fine on high-ultra so dont need to go above and beyond that.
AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB
GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68 Motherboard
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3 GHz BX8063I52500 Unlocked Processor

So ya some decent parts hopefully on sale, and ideally off of Canadian sites if possible, thanks in advance.

Your CPU and motherboard is great as is, should last you at least another 3-4 years with a solid overclock.
Generation over generation there is only about a 10% improvement, so I wouldn't be worried if you can get a decent overclock. I suggest getting a 1070 to go with your current rig and getting a better power supply. :p

If you want to SLI 1070s: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MfJwrH/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr
If you're only running a single 1070: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nB3RsY/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze

Ya motherboard and cpu would be great for a while longer, except I said the PCIE slots on the motherboard are broken so I can't use a video card, so it need's to be replaced. And as I can't find any motherboards in stock that will use my cpu I need a new one as well. It really sucks.

I've searched a few times over the past week. I can't find a motherboard that will still use my cpu. Found only one 1155 z77 mobo and that was 300$, so more then i want to spend with also getting a good gpu. So probably just need to upgrade all 3 parts. Nothing too intense. I listed what games I've played recently in my first post.
