System Interrupts [High CPU Usage]

Hello guys,

In my task manager i see the system interrupts i cant call it a proces i guess
it takes alot of usage and i frustates the fuck out of me because when its taking like huge usage i get lagg spikes in game and when its like in the 0.50% usage it doesnt affect that much
Dont tell me to this :
Cleaning my pc Already Did
Reinstalling whole windows Already Did
Temperaturus are okay when im gaming cpu is around 47 CPU and idle 33 C

Please help me im searching for more then 7 hour now its a completely rip off of my whole day :9

try systernal system explorer to what is running also do you have any back up software running in background even one from the antivirus .

What do you mean with do you have any back up software? i dont run a antivirus because i only use Google.com Youtube.com tomshardware.com and steam i dont do anything else (like visiting milicious websites or downloading shit i only downlaoded the motherboard drivers and STEAM its the most popular client for gaming and purchasing games .

it could be a windows back up that run on background that why i ask you to use systernal to see witch process are running even with the google or you tube you could get a virus or malicious software some are embedded as picture o n page or video see this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iframe_virus

i would do a malware scan with malwarebytes you could have been infected with malware that use your system to spread itself also try this antivirus software free for a full scan https://www.avast.com/fr-ca/lp-ppc-win-02c?device=c&gclid=CNKQ6ZeP584CFc1ZhgodtxMCoA the other if the system is not connect to the net does the cpu usage spike up .

i want to end this thread with a complete solution.
Close the automaticly updates from configpanel
Download all the drivers for your motherboard
Average usage between 0.05 - 0.35 sometimes it climbs to 0.50 but thats like the high maximum average 0.15
