Hello everyone,
I'm going to upgrade few of my PC's components. Those are the mobo, computer case, RAM and a cooler for CPU. Here's how it looks like.

my stock cooler for CPU --> Fortis 2 XE1226
my RAM --> 2x4 gb 1600 mhz
my mobo --> 78LMT-USB3 rev 6.0

And i would like and advice. Is everything going to be alright, or should i change few elements?
I think i have chosen good, but i am not after all those things. So i is everything ok?
And no, i won't go into an intel.

Solution
You might want to spend the extra piece of cash on 16 GB of RAM instead, because that's pretty much the standard nowadays. If you game and/or video render it'll be much more efficient rather than only 8GB.

Also you won't need a super heavy duty CPU cooler like the Fortis 2 XE1226 unless you're overclocking your FX 6300 to 4.4 GHz+. If you are, go get that cooler.

However if you're only overclocking to around 4.0 - 4.2 GHz you can save money and get a Hyper 212 EVO. With that cooler you can save a few bucks and put that towards 16GB of RAM, as well as achieve a decent o.c with good temps.

Well, i think i won't need more than 8gb, anyway at my country RAM isn't that cheap so i would pay a lot.

Yep, you are right i am going to overclock max 4.2 GHz, so as you said i will choose the Hyper 212 EVO.

Thank you very much :)
