Agree with scuzzycard & Scotttray, the front 2 fans should be intakes with 1 exhaust <- is that your PSU fan? (and the CPU fan internally facing an exhaust - depends on the cooler and if the air going far enough to exit the PC, use the simple paper agains inlet/outlet area, and see if the airflow pushes/pulls the paper and by how much).
More intakes than exhausts will create negative pressure, as mentioned above, and this will stop dust from settling in side the case - more than a postivive pressure case setup will, at least.

Hopefully you can do a quick swap (turn the front fans around).

Any more questions - don't hesitate.
Agree with scuzzycard. The 2 front fans should be intake and the rear fan should be exhaust. This will provide plenty of air flow and positive air pressure to help keep dust of the case. Monitor your system temps. If they're getting high, you can always add additional fans tot he case.

I agree about the dust build-up, but I have to correct you on one thing. You have your negative pressure and positive pressure backwards. Negative is more exhaust, positive is more inlet. :)

(doh!) sorry about that. :)
Thanks for selecting me as the best solution even though I got it backwards.

BTW on the subject of dust, grab yourself a can of compressed air for cheap, for when the dust eventually builds up and don't ever use a vacuum cleaner (hoover) or standard paper towel/kitchen towels (leaves little fibres as you wipe).

Compressed Air to shoot it out and hoover (not touching any components) to suck away.

Hopefully I got that outside-in. :)
