Specs:
Intel 6700k @ 4.0Ghz
Intel HD 530
GIGABYTE B150M-D3H
8GB DDR4 2400Mhz
I tried running Far cry 4 (Low settings) and get the following results:
Avg FPS: 21.917
Min FPS: 14
Max FPS: 30
But some guys on youtube are getting pretty decent FPS. Here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVG9UNWW5b8
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVQx5ySXuQI
These videos boast builds with 16GB RAM. Recommended RAM for this game is 8GB. So, I don't think that not having 16GB RAM is causing the FPS drop
And this guy, having the same build as mine, except his RAM is dual channeled.

Does Dual Channeling really makes such a big difference? If it does, why are the first two videos showing higher FPS even though the RAM is single channeled?
BTW, I am planning on buying Nvidia GTX 1070; but, right now, I don't have the budget. So I am going to stick with the Integrated GPU for a month or two.
