I'm an absolute idiot. I spilt a fizzy drink on top of my Pc, there are fans on top, so some leaked through, and it went in the top USB ports. Some of it went in the Pc, there are a few droplets on the GPU and the Power core. It was on at the time. I had a headset plugged in one of the top USB ports, the music continued, I started wiping it up, and pulled out the headset, my screen froze, then the pc turned off. I saw people saying give it a few days to air out. It wasn't turning on, although for a while the LED on the power switch, would light up faintly if I held down the power button, but now, nothing.

If you need more info, do ask.

Any suggestions?

Residue has shorted something, or multiple things. You may be able to bring it back to life by very thoroughly washing everything. Take it completely apart and put each component that got liquid on it it in the sink and run water over it until you've dissolved away all of the sugar and residue. Then pour distilled water over it to get rid of any minerals that tap water might have left. Then, pour alcohol over it (preferably 90-99%) to displace the water. Let it dry for a few more days. I revived a video card this way just last week.

It's very possible that when the short occurred, something was damaged, and nothing will fix it. One or more components may be permanently dead. The only way to know for sure is to test each component individually in a working system, and find those that don't work. Then, clean them, let them dry, and test them again in a known working system.

It probably doesn't need to be said, but absolutely do not put a hard drive in water, and be very, very careful with a power supply. I would probably advise against the power supply too; if it got liquid in it and isn't working, replace it.

hell don't run tap water on any part, you will kill it! Try taking out the parts and clean them with alcohol. I would then try to heat them a bit, don't burn them, with the hair dryer so it may be a chance to remove moisture from the drink!

Ok, hey guys, I woke up today and am able to power on the system, it stays at the first screen though, should I wait a while before trying to do anything you guys mentioned?

Tapwater will not damage an unpowered part. It may deposit minerals, but that's why you rinse with distilled and alcohol after. Sometimes it takes a lot of water to dissolve all of the sugar and crap that people drink off of a motherboard, and I don't have a limitless supply of heated distilled to continuously pour over a board for 5-10 minutes.
