Hi! I've just bought new gaming rig, wich includes GTX 1070 FE. CPU is i5-6600K @ 3.5GHz, 16 Gb RAM HyperX Predator and Motherboard is Gigabyte Ga-170X Gaming 3. After changing to it from really bad PC i'm happy, that i can play games in FPS higher than 25, but after checking how much FPS i actually have, they don't reach 60 in games like BF4 on ultra. My friends with 970s' can play it with better resolution with more fps, and i'm worried, that i have done something wrong. What can be the cause? How can i fix it?

Maybe that's because of VSYNC. it limits your FPS (to mostly 60) so that you don't experience screen tearing.
If you want, you can turn it off from the game's setting or nvidia control panel.

I noticed the same thing seems slower than the previous cards as well just like the 1080 , I had a gtx 1080 classified before but seemed it was slower the than the gtx 980 ti but went to 2 gtx 1070s in sli and seemed slower than the previous 970s in sli , you figure it out I got everything maxed , in the control panel , I went to NVidia's tech support and they told me to turn off triplebuffering and vsync off and power management mode to maximum , you need to go to 3d settings
