if motherboard spec say 3600(OC) MHZ, is it support 3200 too?

the motherboard spec say can support :
4 DIMM slots，support DDR4 dual channel 2133/2400(OC) /2600(OC) /2800(OC)/3000(OC)/3600(OC) MHZ memory slot

is the motherboard support 3200? or it will downclock to 3000?

Can you give the make and model number of the motherboard? Those OC values are usually set by using XMP values read by the motherboard from the memory module which tell what settings to use. If it can run 3600MHz modules then it can rund 3200MHz aswell, if the modules are otherwise compatible.
