Laptop BSOD and random restarts! HELP ME

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG G75VW. Its been a couple of days since i started using it and started facing a problem. It randomly restarts while using. It doesnt matter what i am doing. Will play high end games for an hour and it will run fine and sometimes it will just restart as soon as the game starts. Note: There is no over heating issue, the system seems quite cool without any sound. Then there is another problem of BSOD with random errors everytime mostly with the error "MEMORY MANAGEMENT". This too will show up any time. Sometimes while browsing net, sometimes while playing a game. I ran the builtin memory diagnostic test and it indicated a hardware issue. I have the drivers updated, and tried installing the OS again, cleaned the fans but no luck. The specs are as follows:

Asus rog g75vw ds-71
12 gb ram ddr3
i7 3rd gen 2.3ghz
2gb nvidia gtx 660m
128ssd 750gb hdd

reseat the memory and run the builtin diagnostic again, if you are still having errors you can contact the seller / manufacturer (assuming the laptop is still under warranty) if you don't have warranty you can try replacing the memory sticks.

Yeah so I ran a memory test on individual ram and one of the three ram modules was faulty! I removed it instead of replacing and laptop works fine now! No more auto restart or blue screens :)
