bootloop gigabyte motherboard

Please help woke up this morning and was granted with a bootloop it at the top of the screen it just says gigabyte uefi dualbios the motherboard is ga-f2a68hm-hd2

Windows 10 yes I had bitefender running amd radeon r700 series 2gb graphics card processor was and athlon can't remember the exact version will check when I'm back at home I don't think it was updating before I turned it off last night as I put it into hibernation but it turned back on as I was going to sleep and I held the power button them to turn it off

Why did you hold the power button instead of a proper shut down? This can cause trouble to the boot sector hence why you pc might be looping. Unplug the power of the pc and press the power switch on your case to discharge the static from the pc and see if it works, please let us know.

I was going to sleep when the PC turned back on which I believe was caused by the wireless mouse and the noise of the fans in my PC is prettybpoud and I was too lazy to getboutnof my bed and I justbhel the power button , i have already attempted that , no success

I have although I didn't have a jumper I used a needle

And how did it go? If that didn't work, have you tried to use the second bios? Also this is strange, every motherboard comes with the clear cmos jumper, this is basically the only jumper on motherboards of today.

It booted with a black screen and the after about 20 seconds it shutdown and then it was back to the boot loop how do I access the recovery bios ?

This is probably the reason why you have a boot loop situation. You can savage a jumper cap from any older system or order one on amazon or ebay, they are pretty cheap. Regarding the recover BIOS, you should find how to access it on the user manual of your board.

would the boot loop not have occurred as soon as I purchased the PC thought in had been using it without any problems prior this morning
