Well, i bought FX 8370 and I can`t go with intel now, so will 8370 overclocked run fine the GTX 1070 60 fps 1080-1440p? because I want to get a good card for gaming, if not, what do you recommend for 1080-1440p?

Well I don't want to hear about intel, and intel fanboys, I can't change anymore, so if I overclock de cpu I can play the games at 1080-1440p because i have an old HP 20 inch 1600x1200, so will be allright? That's all I need to know.

I have a Gtx 1070 and a fx 8320
Clocked at 4.5(I can hit 5ghz but the increase wasn't worth the heat) and I got 50-60 everywhere on witcher with EVERYTHING maxed out at 1080. I get 70+ maxed on fallout 4 also. You can also take more of the cpu out of it going up to 1440, but your better off maxing stuff out at 1080. There's a video on YouTube showing the bottleneck in gta v where at high the 8350
Chokes it abit but at ultra the bottleneck is gone more or less. I wouldn't upgrade a cpu till I can't play AAA games without a gpu upgrade which is way cheaper if you have to get a new mobo/cpu/ram. I mean I was useing a 955 be at 4.3 ghz till I was hitting some problems running with the new AAA titles showing the age on it. I just bought a fx 8320 for 70$ on eBay and I was back in the game smoothly for cheap. That's the exception to the rule I think.

I believe it. They're not super bad chips especially when you consider the price.

I have an 8370 with a gtx 1070. 8370 running at 4.3ghz cause of my cheap MSI board I can't get a stable clock any higher. I run the Witcher 3 at 2160p high settings, average 45fps. Gta5 drops to 35 fps at 2160p ultra settings. Your setup should run anything at 1080p.
