Hello!
I have a question about this thing my PC does sometimes and I hope someone know about this. First of all, my PC specs and other useful info:

- CPU: FX-8320 (Overclocked at +5% with ASUS AI Suite II).
- M/B: ASUS M5A97 R2.0.
- RAM: 2x4Gb G.Skill Sniper Series.
- PSU: Cooler Master G650M (Bronze 80), 650[W].
- GPU: XFX R9 280 3Gb Double D.
- 4 Case fans (Case: Thermaltake Urban S41 just in case).
- OS: Windows 10 Pro x64.
- I live in Chile and the voltage we use is 220[V].
- I built this PC by myself, I've never had any problem ever since I got it around 1.5 years ago.

Description

So the "problem" is that whenever I plug or unplug something non-PC related (like a guitar amp or a battery charger) to or from a socket extender that has no PC components connected in, my PC makes the USB disconnected and USB connected sounds, immediately one after the other.

However, my PC does not turns off, or reset, or has any consequences from this, at least that I can tell. Maybe I should mention that I have like three socket extenders in my room, not connected between each other, but to the wall sockets through out my room (that perhaps is the same circuit).

Where are these extenders connected?

My PC components are connected to a socket extender, which is connected to a wall socket beneath my desk; on the other hand, my cell and tablet chargers, guitar amp, or non-PC related stuff, are connected to another socket extender which is connected to yet another wall socket, under my bed.

Thank you for your time!

Yes, they are connected to the same breaker. Nevertheless, I live in a little apartment with two rooms with a bath each, and the breaker is the same for both rooms' sockets and its bathrooms too. However, this sound only occurs whenever I plug/unplug something in my room, not when I do it in the bathroom nor in the other room.

Thanks for your time.
