Having issues with my lenovo idea centre, these are the specs http://www.cnet.com/products/lenovo-ideacentre-k330-77273fu-black-intel-core-i7-2600-3-40ghz-1333mhz-8mb/specs/ mine has 12 gigs of ram though. For some reason my CPU is constantly running at 100% I even just did a full factory and it's still running at 100% without even opening anything. Any ideas?

Here are a few pics of the task manager cycling through things constantly

And here are some readings I took with hwmonitor

Solution
Under task manager can you see what application is hogging the cpu? Also using a tool like HWMonotor what is your cpu temperature? Also using HWM or task manager what Ghz is your cpu running at?

Finally is your data backed up? If no back it up immediately by taking the drive out and connecting to another PC, I have had similar a few years ago when a HDD was failing.

I did that already even did a factory restore and it didn't change a thing

theres some screen shots of the task manager, it literally changes like every second and there are the readings from hwmonitor you wanted. I have everything backed up already but I don't have another pc to throw my hard drive in

The only thing about that it happened totally up to date. but I got it back up to date and its still doing it
the fix you posted I may have to deeply look into because fairly often my system interrupts is up over 40 %
as a side note and maybe this is helpful I booted it in safe mode and the cpu rarely touched 1% compared to booting it regular it jumps straight to 100%
and this is on a desktop so there is no charger lol.

If in safe mode you have no issues, it's probably a driver problem. Reinstall all your drivers. First, though, you should make a brand new user, log into that, and see if it persists.

So everything is totally up to date and I tried a new user account, the cpu is maxed there to. Where would I even begin to reinstall drivers because theres about a million on here.

Not a milion. a dozen, amx. Get them from the manufacturer's website.
Before you do that hough, start with this: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26136/Intel-Management-Engine-Driver-5M-for-Intel-NUC-Windows-7-and-8-1
Ignore taht it sais it's for a NUC.
