Specs:

GPU: GeForce GTX 770
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50GHz
Memory: 16.00 GB RAM (15.94 GB usable)
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Hard Drive: Seagate 1 TB SATA

1080p Acer monitor

I mostly just play CounterStrike Global Offensive, but I'd like to play with 300+ fps...Also I would like to play newer games but not to worried about ultra graphics or anything.

Solution
A 4770K + GTX 770 is a very respectable system. The CPU will not bottleneck even the latest/greatest GPU;s (1080, Titan X etc), but at 1080p, the 770 is a good card. Sits somewhere between a 960 and 970 for comparison.

300+ FPS is a pretty pointless aim, unless, as damric has pointed out, you have a ridiculously high Hz monitor.

A quick Google search pointed me towards this video:

Appears to be consistently >200FPS at 1080p on High (with the 4GB variant on the 770) which strikes me as great results....

If your just gonna play csgo then why are you buying such a monster? And im sure that thing is way over what anyone should be paying for a gaming pc. I suggest you save money and build your own.
