Coolmaster Model No. RS-750-ACAA-81 750W 80+ Bronze
But this computer has functioned properly for 2 years with nothing changing till the last few days.

From my GFX monitor, my voltage stays steady peaking just under 1volt. However my GPU Core Clock, Memory Clock and Load sky rocket as soon as a game starts, the longer it goes the higher the GPU Load gets while the VDDC barely moves.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue brother. Didn't even notice if it could be the drivers. But now that you've mentioned it...

I own a gtx 780 from asus. And same thing been happening to me. The screen goes black, sound stutters. it might restart on it's own, or i have to do it.

i also sometimes experience screen turning off (green led to orange led) and i can still hear the ingame sounds etc. And i'll have to do a manual restart from the reset button.

Pretty much exactly what happens with mine, the sound glitches then squeals in a repeated sound so you are forced to reboot. I do not know if it is the driver itself but that is when it started, before that it was perfectly fine.

I did an update to the mobo/BIOs drivers, though I am not sure for certain if it is the latest or if I installed them properly, I followed the instructions but it didn't seem to make much of a difference.

msinfo32 says it is BIOS Version/Date - American Megatrends Inc. 3103, 09/03/2016

ohh yeah i also reinstalled drivers. i recently updated from win 10 to win 10 Anniversary update, and i noticed they had seperate drivers for anniversary. so i made sure to download those and lower temp limit to 71. im gonna do some testing later to see if it can handle at default temps.

It's not a temp issue, it hasn't been getting hot enough during most of the crashes, I caught a glimpse of something about a kernal during one crash but I couldn't screen shot before the computer crashed.
