Help is needed with a pcie slot

So my motherboard ASROCK FM2A68M-HD+ I am having trouble with. So I was going to buy a graphics card but I realised that only my pcie 3.0 x16 can only be used with FM2+ CPUs (I have a A4 7300) could I still use a graphics card in this slot?

The card I want to get is the ASUS GTX 750ti OC

And I also have pcie 2.0 and 1.0 x1?
(Not x16 I think?)

The graphics card will fit into the slot but the specs doesn't specify if the slot is running at x16 or x8 but TBH that won't make a difference in gaming performance. Since it doesn't specify I'm guessing the slot will run at PCIE 2.0 x16. You won't know until you start gaming, if performance is around the same as the benchmarks/reviews then your all set, if not then the slot is not running at the required speed but I doubt you'll run into this.
