How to install drivers during windows install

Okay this is hopefully the last thread I make about this. I have a Dell Poweredge 2900 I need to install the PERC 5i drivers during windows install of windows server 2008. But my problem is that How do I install these drivers? I have the installer downloaded. I just put them on the bootable USB and they didnt show up when they where supposed to same when I put them on a separate USB. Please help everytime I start a thread on this people randomly stop answering me!

I don't know anything about this PERC thing but normally you install Windows, then Windows uses its own drives as it encounter the hardware devices. After Windows boots, you insert your CD/Flash whatever with the additional drivers you want to install like installing apps, and your drivers should override Microsoft's *if* it already installed them.

But with servers its different. Because I cant even use hardrives unless I have these drivers. Because My front hotswap bays wont work.

Its an EXE so i dont know what to do. On a previous thread I posted somebody sent me a link to the file but then wouldnt answer me after I asked how to install it.
