U plug in your Windows PC, and Windows will tell you CONNECTED.
But am sure it's not as simple as that. Am guessing you don't know whether your wall plugs are connected to anything (the other end). Wanna volunteer more info, history? Just moved in to a new place? are you the "man" of the house? so we don't have to read your mind?
