i have hp 6005 pro Small Form Factor

http://zapp0.staticworld.net/reviews/graphics/products/uploaded/350595_g2.jpg "inside pc "

AMD Phenom II X4 B97 3.2GHZ cpu
4.0GB DDR3 Ram
AMD Radeon HD5450 2gb "low profile"
2x500GB Hard Disk
DVD RW Drive
MB. 3047h
PSU 240W

im planning to upgrade the ram to 12gb and i want to upgrade the gpu to the possible high i can " low PSU 240w must be low profile"

so what is the highest possible graphic card i can install ?

atm i can run GTA V "low" with few lags i dont seek ultra settings im okay with low-mid but i want stable gameplay

p.s which is better AMD Phenom II X4 B97 3.2GHZ or AMD A-4 5400B 3.4GHZ

thanks

The Geforce GTX 750 Ti, unless something newer has come out, is the best you'll be able to fit in that case. Dual-slot cards are fine, so this MSI card will do nicely: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127836

P.S. I'd say the B97 is better overall since it has 4 traditional cores at a comparable clock speed, while the A4-5400B is faster at single-threaded tasks like audio encoding but it's only a dual-core, and an unconventional dual-core at that.
