Can't install windows 10 into my new build

I just finish assemble all my parts. Able to access bios and set my external DVD optical drive to 1st priority. Then I press save and exit with Windows 10 DVD in the drive but it just keep coming back to "Press F2/del to get to bios page. Anyone know of a ways to install windows?

My build are:
Asus Z170-A
Intel I5 6600k
Cryptic H7
2x Ballistix 8GB
Snow Silent 750 PSU
2x Samsung EVO 850 250GB
EVGA 1070 FTW

Is BIOS detecting the drive?

Because it's an external drive I have the sneaky suspicion it might have to be a boot from USB option rather than drive.

BIOS is detecting the drive, that is how I'm able to rearrange it into first priority in boot menu. But I am trying to download windows into a USB and see how that goes.

Let me know how it goes. I am having almost the same problem, I get to point of the optical drive spinning up and then after about 5 minutes I get a blue screen with the message that there is a break in communication with the optical drive.

i think the problem was my external drive. I ended up download bootable usb and it work fine.
