Crashes even though the CPU is stable

So, I've had my i7 4790k for a little over 9 months and overclocked it to 4.6GHz at 1.175v 4 months ago. Now my issue is that, recently, my PC has been crashing with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. That error means that the PC is unstable/has a bad overclock. I never used to get this error before but now I've gotten it twice in the last two weeks. If my CPU was unstable, I would have crashed or BSOD'ed long time ago as I have stressed the CPU using both [old] Prime and x264.

yes exactly what Sykozis said a stable overclock then dose not mean that it will be stable now for example i overclocked my FX 8350 to 5.0GHz and it was very stable and ran good with no issues for almost 6 months then one day it became very unstable so i had to lower the overclock to 4.5 for it be stable again

Just because it was stable 9 months ago, doesn't mean it's stable now. Even being stable 3 weeks ago, doesn't mean stable now. Chips degrade over time. Some chips degrade faster than others. Could be GPU degradation, could be motherboard degradation. Either way, something has degraded and now your overclock is no longer stable. Time to start over.
